Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order under the conditions described below.
Eligible Returns (Within 7 Days of Receipt)
You may request a return or exchange in the following situations:
- Product quality defect – The item has a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping damage – The item arrived damaged during transit.
- Wrong item shipped – You received an item that does not match your order.
All returned items must be unused and in original condition (including packaging, accessories, and documentation) so that they can be resold.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Used or activated products – For electronics, the product is considered used once it has been powered on.
- Items with worn or damaged functional parts, accessories, or appearance (normal wear and tear excluded)
- Items with missing or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding the original unboxing) that affects the product's resale condition
- Items that, by nature, are not suitable for return – as confirmed by you at the time of purchase (e.g., perishable goods, intimate items)
- Any other condition that prevents the item from being resold in good condition
How to Request a Return
1. Return Due to Personal Reasons (Change of Mind)
- Send an email to service@mail.piwahts.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, full name, phone number, and reason for return.
- Our after-sales team will process your request within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping costs for the return will be paid by you.
2. Return Due to Quality Issues (Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item)
- Send an email to service@mail.piwahts.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, name, phone number, and a description of the issue.
- Our after-sales team will respond within 1–3 business days.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
3. Return Shipping Instructions
- After receiving a return authorization from our team, you may ship the item back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the return.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
